On behalf of the Croatian Society of Plastic, Reconstructive and Aesthetic Surgery we would like to invite you to participate in the ESPRAS appointed 5th Croatian Congress of Plastic, Reconstructive and Aesthetic Surgery, which will take place in Dubrovnik-Cavtat, Croatia, from 15th to 20th October 2004.
The Croatian Congress of Plastic, Reconstructive and Aesthetic Surgery has established itself as an important international meeting in this part of Europe. The meeting will include plenary lectures, panels and workshops, in addition to oral and poster sessions selected from submitted abstracts. The invited program has been selected by the Organizing Committee and will give you the opportunity to hear an exciting array of acclaimed speakers from around the world with plenty of opportunity for discussion and exchange of ideas.
Dubrovnik is the jewel od the Adriatic Sea and offers a welth of attractions for all lovers of art, history and archeology. As a leading tourist destination in this part of Europe it offers all the hospitality, entertainment and gastronomical delights necessary for a memorable experience.
The Congress will take place in the Hotel Croatia in Cavtat, which is one of the leading congressional centers in Dubrovnik and Croatia. It is located only 30 minutes from Dubronik International Airport and is linked to the city with numerous buses and boats. The beaches, sport facilities and the surrounding Adriatic Sea with numerous islands provides you with an opportunity for rest and recreation for which ample time will be provided during the Congress.

is to welcome you with a warm heart to the pearl on the Southern Adriatic,
Dubrovnik. This historical port is well known for its cultural heritage. Did you
know, that
there
are examples of the 15th century School of Art? That you may visit the Pharmacy
of 1317?
That
there are documents of the 12th century in the Sponza palace? And that
there are 20 art galleries to be visited?
But
above all, we come to honor our Croatian colleagues for their science and their
high standards in the performance of plastic surgery, an example to many of us.
The
Croatian Society is going to collect many colleagues from the region.
Let us join them and exchange experiences and thoughts on plastic surgery,
the best of all medical specialties. And let us enjoy Croatian hospitality.
