Dubrava University Hospital

The work of the Department for economic and financial affairs is organized in three departments: the Department for accounting and finance, the Department for planning and analysis, and the Department for contracting, billing and sales. As part of the work of the Department for Economic and Financial Affairs, the implementation of activities in the areas of accounting and finance, planning and analysis, sales, contracting, accounting, and controlling and investments is organized and supervised. At the Service level, tasks related to: preparation of plans necessary for the performance of healthcare activities, preparation of offers and contracting of healthcare activities, preparation, adoption and execution of financial and other plans of the Dubrava University Hospital, preparation of regular and periodic reports from the aforementioned areas are organized and carried out.
