Our employees use their skills as mentors in their daily clinical work with younger colleagues, to whom they pass on their knowledge and experience. In addition to conducting formal classes, our departments also organize national and international meetings, symposia and congresses.
The effort to pass on knowledge and experience to younger generations in the fields of medicine, pharmacy and nursing is reflected in the number of published manuals and textbooks, both in Croatian and English.
