The work of the Department of Economic and Financial Affairs is organized in three divisions: the Division of Accounting and Finance, the Division of Planning and Analysis, and the Division of Contracting, Billing and Sales.
The Department’s tasks include the implementation of activities in the areas of accounting and finance, planning and analysis, sales, contracting, accounting and controlling as well as organizing and monitorig investments.
At the level of divsions, tasks related to the preparation of plans necessary for the implementation of healthcare activities, the preparation of offers and contracting for healthcare activities, the preparation, adoption and execution of financial and other plans of the Dubrava University Hospital, the preparation of regular and periodic reports from the aforementioned areas are organized and carried out.
