Employees in the Technical Services Department are engaged in the current and investment maintenance activities according to the maintenance activities catalog for the following areas: low-voltage installations, passive computer and network equipment, medical equipment, electromotor drives, automation, electrical power engineering, mechanical installations, various equipment, devices, technical and technological units, thermal stations, boiler rooms, heating, cooling, and ventilation. The technical department oversees the preparation of domestic hot water, ensures the status of medical gas reserves and delivers them to users, takes care of building maintenance and installations according to the requirements of the KB Dubrava users. They participate in the development of project documentation for technological adaptations of spaces for new diagnostic devices and new activities. They participate in the preparation of documentation for the submission of project proposals financed by the European Structural and Investment Funds, monitor all phases of work, and find solutions to problems in project implementation. They report to the Management of KB Dubrava on the status of work. They participate in procurement procedures, develop plans, participate in the preparation of tender documentation for various technical specifications for equipment and works. They participate in various Expert Committees for the procurement of goods and services, review bids, and assess their validity. They participate in energy efficiency projects, monitor energy consumption, implement measures, and energy efficiency policy.
The total number of employees in the Technical Services Department is 71, including: university graduates (5), higher vocational graduates (6), secondary school graduates (38), vocational school graduates (15), skilled workers (5), and semi-skilled workers (2).
