The Department of Laboratory Diagnostics consists of four divisions: Division of Biochemistry with Analytical Toxicology, Division of Laboratory Hematology and Coagulation, Division of Laboratory Immunology and Division of Molecular Diagnostics and Genetics. The development of the Department of Laboratory Diagnostics can be seen in the constant introduction of new analyzes and technologies as well as the development of scientific research activities within the framework of various research and projects. The quality of the work of the Department of Laboratory Diagnostics was confirmed in 2014 by accreditation in accordance with the HR EN ISO 15189 standard for medical laboratories, which confirms the excellence of the work of the Department of Laboratory Diagnostics.
