The Division performs hand surgery and treatment of hand injuries, peripheral nerve surgery, fixation of fractures of the hand and wrist, treatment of muscle and tendon injuries, nerve injuries and congenital anomalies of the limbs, as well as surgical and non-surgical treatment of burns and the consequences of burns. The most complex limb reconstruction procedures are performed, including microsurgical procedures.
